Roof Cleaning Tulsa | Following Processes

Hello, this is renewable power washing roof cleaning Tulsa episode 34. Our podcast. We are on our way right now to a bit a couple jobs. I’m originally, it turned out that it was going to be exciting power washing job, but the customer has recently inquired about getting her a roof cleaned as well, a renewable power washing roof, cleaning of Tulsa. So we’re going to go ahead and call it a, give her a quote to clean her roof as well. So that’s what we’re getting ready to head out and take care of. So, um, you know, the importance of getting your roof cleaned. We’ve talked about it before and it’s very important to keep that, to keep that maintained. Roof Cleaning Tulsa, so that your, uh, your shingles will last as long as the manufacturer specified that they should last. So those black streaks and stuff are actually microbes or algae that is eating on the material that the shingles and stuff are made out of a deteriorating the shingles and taking years of life off of the shingle itself.

So renewable power washing a roof, cleaning of Tulsa, we have the proper process to get that removed and get that cleaned. We use a process called soft washing, so it is a very effective, a safe way to get those shingles cleaned and get that removed off of the shingles. So, uh, we have our climate and around here is pretty conducive to that type of, uh, where on the shingles and um, so, uh, we want to make sure that we get that removed to renew a power washing roof, cleaning of Tulsa, power washing of Tulsa. So we, Roof Cleaning Tulsa, we’re going to make sure that we get that quota tour and uh, try to stress the importance of giving that clean. Of course, it’s always up to the customer whether they want to actually do that or not, but we highly recommend that service to make sure that that roof is clean and a lasts as long as it should.

Uh, I believe the lady is trying to sell the house. So, uh, with a clean roof, I’m not only from an aesthetic standpoint, from potential buyers looking at it and wondering, you know, what’s going on with the roof, uh, we can go ahead and get that cleaned off and, and, uh, that way the presentation of the House is, uh, is ready to go. So a renewable power washing roof, cleaning of Tulsa, power of Washington, Tulsa. So we’re going to make sure that we get that taken care of for her and, Roof Cleaning Tulsa, let her know that, you know, we are insured and that we do a, uh, a process that will allow us to not stand on the roof or get on the roof or anything like that. A further deteriorating the shingles, have those positive shingles are made of a little pieces of asphalt and over time they were, and come off.

If you’ve ever cleaned out your gutters, um, you will have seen the, a little pieces of asphalt, uh, in your gutters and even down below at your downspouts. So we try to stay off the roof and, uh, try to minimize any further deterioration of that roof. So, um, that’s, that’s how we do it. Redo a power wash the roof cleaning of Tulsa. I know there’s a lot of companies out there that use a high pressure to clean the roof’s. I’m not on, I mean high pressure water, Roof Cleaning Tulsa, does two different things and obviously we’ll remove material from those shingles, uh, further, uh, taking life off those shingles, uh, high pressure water. It’ll remove the algae, uh, by site, but it doesn’t do anything to kill it so it’ll grow back a lot quicker. And uh, so we want to make sure that we are not only cleaning it off, but we are killing and removing it as well.

So in our process does both. So that’s where we’re heading right now. I’m still waiting on a callback for that red iron job. Um, so construction companies are starting to get a go, getting are starting to get a hold of us to get that stuff cleaned up for them. So that’s really good news for us. So renew a power washing roof, cleaning of Tulsa. So, Roof Cleaning Tulsa, that’s what we’re going to go ahead and take care of today and hopefully we can get a little business out of it and make a customer happy because of that. At the end of the day we are working for the customer and we want to make sure that we are doing the best job that we possibly can, using the best processes we possibly can and making the customers happy as possible. So that’s where we’re heading today.

So once again, this is a renewable power washing, a roof cleaning of Tulsa. We’re heading over to take care of a roof. No, we can’t stress it enough. The importance of, uh, of doing a certain jobs correctly, you know, even when it comes to the, to the citing to the house washing, you know, there’s, there’s proper methods to use there versus some of the other methods methods, some of the other power washing companies are using a lot of people grab a power washer and you know, since they’ve got the high pressure, it’ll pretty much remove almost anything just with the high pressure alone. Uh, the problem with that is on the siding is when you are hitting that with that high pressure of, you know, 4,000 or 5,000 psi, um, and the high volume of water that some of these pressure washers put out, Roof Cleaning Tulsa, that is very difficult to keep that high pressure from getting behind the shingles, uh, and causing damage or behind the siding causing damage behind the siding.

Roof Cleaning Tulsa I’ve seen some of the power washing videos where they hit it with high pressure and water is running out constantly even after they’re already done, which tells you that the water is getting behind the shingles are getting behind the siding. And that is a absolutely not good, especially when you’re trying to remove mold and algae. I’m putting all that water behind the siding is inviting mold and bacteria and stuff like that to grow, especially in an environment where it’s very slow to dry or very difficult to dry. All the water might not come be be let out. And um, so that, that is kind of defeating the purpose, actually making the situation a lot worse. So we want to make sure that we are using low pressure to clean the siding and relying on the proper cleaning agents and stuff to get that clean.

So, um, we, we choose to use the soft washing method as much as we possibly can in residential applications. Uh, it’s the most effective way to clean and it is the most, it is the less invasive way to clean when it comes to cleaning, siding or roofs or anything like that. So even some of your bricks surfaces a soft washing is the way to go, especially depending upon the age of the brick or anything like that or the condition of the mortar around the brick, Roof Cleaning Tulsa, soft washing and allows you to clean the brick without using a high pressure. And once again, putting water behind the brick and getting a hold of other surfaces underneath the brick and, uh, causing further damage with a mold growth, a deterioration of wood, a wood rot and all that type of stuff. So a soft washing is a very effective method when it comes to cleaning those services.
